Guard Rentention terminator
As a blue belt i felt my guard rentention was horrible but then i found Thiago. I decided to do full blown privates for for a week and he changed my game. So much patience and he really broke down my issues. I definitely have a lot not to work on but he gave me the basics i was missing..
