Great instructional, Austin not only demonstrated the techniques but showed/simulated the movements and intensity he uses to get to those techniques in a match, he was very active during his instruction, which I found helpful for getting a feel for how technique is applied in a live scenario- his passing for wrestling comes through well in his instruction, thank you!

He talks like Brands, you see the intensity that he carried on the mat.... he teaches in a way that you will develop explosive hi-crotches and fireman's. seemed like he didn't plan much because he is post practice, and that makes it hard to understand at times. But solid teaching. I might be inclined to get another from him.
