  I came here looking for tai chi videos, but walked away with this gem. It's worth at least twice the asking price, so pick it up before they realise. Lucas demonstrates with skilled precision, clarifies the key points, and teaches with great efficiency. He presents world-class jiu-jitsu in a manner which makes it accessible to all belt levels. You'll also want to pick up titles by Ariel Tabak, and Levi Jones-Leary.

• Just got the instructionals so far it's really good. High level technique without the constant blabbering that most instructionals have to fill time. It's nice to be able to watch the details behind the moves you can watch kanard hit in his adcc trials runs. I've watched countless instructionals and this is definitely in the upper echelon

  If you are into playing outside position guards like lachlan, levi etc than this is a must. I knew when i watched lucas in no gi i was seeing something innovative but also just extremely effective and fundamentally sound. I have been trying to study his matches and understand his game. Here he gives basically a complete explanation of his guard game and I believe is a big leap forward for outside position guard and how to play it effectively in no gi. I cant wait for the back take, bolo/crab ride upcoming instructional he mentions. This guy and his jiu jitsu is very special and id be interested in anything he puts out there.
