Applicable concepts for smaller grapplers
Diogo explains his game really well and shows applicable concepts that work in competition matches as well. If you are on the smaller side and need a solid gameplan against bigger people, you'll like this instructional.

Diogo shows a great system primarily using De La Riva Guard. He covers some classic sweeps and submissions and then progresses into more advanced techniques. His explanations are very clear and precise. Highly recommended.
