Professor Gabriel Arges created an excellent content of taking the back and submitting during transition. First you will get turtle breakdowns and submissions out of turtle top and breakdown. The details of controlling the hip and pushing the ellbow while pulling the hip towards you made the turtle bresk down work for me at all. Then you get back takes and submussions out of guard passing. The third part is about back takes and submissions from different guards. He puts a lot of effort to point out how to set up the techniques to stay safe and avoiding to offer your limbs for counter attacks. Clear. Calm. Precise. Highly recommend!
