Bag work 101 is a great instructional, so any one a train at home and refine there skills. The age of Covid had all coaches scrambling to find ways to have are students train when they can't come to the gym. Bag work 101 covers it all , from striking the Bag with defence in mind, and countering. If you really want to refine your kicks you have to do the 900 kick drill. Love the instructional, highly recommend

Excellent video series. This really gives a nice formula to mix things up on the bag. i can now see endless combinations and will have plenty to work on for a long time. Thanks !
