Glad leg grabs are back!
great details
Excellent series focusing on combining leg attack with Judo throws.
great strategies for getting to the legs in a jiujitsu context.
Since leg grabs are banned in judo. I wanted to learn more about these techniques. Found this video helpful in learning some of them. I would like to see more videos on this subject.
A great judoka, and a great bjj teacher, explains the best techniques for bjj (forbidden in judo competitions, i believe). Great product.
great
As always, Shintaro gives wonderful takedown instruction. The reason this instructional stands out to me is that each takedown setup is given proper context! This way, the takedown techniques aren't just "floating out there in space": Shintaro really gives excellent background and setup instruction which really helps me recognize proper cues for leg grabs during actual rolls. The straight forward and detailed instruction helped me start to integrate leg grabs into my BJJ game and I use this as a frequent reference. Thanks Shintaro, you're the man!
This is by far the best solution I've seen yet to BJJ's deficient takedown arsenal. Quick, dirty, inexpensive, and no-nonsense!
