Thanks for great basic wrestling concept It help a lot to update takedown technique!!
Awesome!!!
I think it's the best wrestling for bjj/grappling beginner's instructional here and I have a bunch of them. The majority (probably with exception of Danaher's) just touches on the topics of stance, motion and goes right to the techniques some of which are almost non-starters for newbie grapplers like blast doubles etc. Here you have the most basic concepts and techniques for defence and offence that work and are easy to grasp. You get a nice and realistic system to work on in the first months or even years of wrestling training whithout being overwhelmed. And it will be a good base to work towards more complicated stand-up stuff when one will feel ready for it.
Simply, Awesome stuff!
Fred has a great energy about his teaching
Highly recommended! I’ve always struggled with understanding hand fighting. Coach Fred does an excellent job of explaining each of the hand fighting positions and why you choose them. His instruction is clear and concise and easy to follow.
