Really enjoyed a different take on wrestling at large, alot more of a methodical approach instead of the athletic hair trigger kind of game.
Wrestling Overview for Beginners
Andy Hrovat is a great wrestler, and his knowledge shows through in this video. I was expecting something for more advanced wrestlers talking about how to adapt your game to the beach wrestling ruleset. What I got instead is an overview of a ton of different takedowns from different positions. If you're looking for something to introduce you to a broad seath of the wrestling takedown landscape, this is a great video for you.
