  This is a really good instructional for those that want that pressure game. I've been eyeing this since it was released and was happy to catch it on sale. Definitely worthy to be in be in your collection, some of the moves are really mean and can't be used in sparring unless it's mma. So if you're mma focused, you need this in your collection
