Female representation
As a woman and the women’s Jiu-Jitsu coach at our gym, I can’t emphasise enough how important it is to have female instructors to learn from and look up to. Joanna breaks down fundamental techniques with such clarity. My only critique would be the volume levels; clearer audio at one level would make her instruction even more accessible.

This is one of the best instructional videos for a white belt. Well done and the break downs are simple to follow. Covers a lot.
Beginner’s Guide To BJJ
I really love this instructional. It’s sooooo jam packed with clear techniques and concepts. I train at a Roger Gracie gym and it’s so helpful to have the moves we do in class , so closely replicated on this video. They do turn round to show multiple angles, but there are one or 2 instances where they perhaps forgot and a demo from another angle would be helpful, but that’s literally just in a a very few cases. This is outstanding and a great addition to your video resources.
