Professor F. T. shows independent and connected concepts for jou jitsu. The utilized techniques to illustrate how this concepts work make it simple to apply this concepts to your game and techniques. Highly recommend!

The Course selects a few principles (if you've seen other principles courses, you've probably come across these) but what makes this set great is the drilling method. He says it's not a "kata" but if you get a decent training partner, you can actually drill a ton of reps of the full set of demonstration moves in a fluid series. This is far and away the best I've seen at offering a way for people to build their capabilities with the principles.

Federico is a great teacher. The techniques he shows are there for a purpose different from showing them: they should make you understand why something works. If you grasp that, you can work out your techniques without relying on memory. One of the best dvd on the site

I have attended once a seminar with Tisi many years ago and have learned a lot that day and still use the techniques he showed and teach some of the moves today! It was an immediate buy when I saw this instructional which is awesome, concepts are the best and fastest way to learn and improve.

I got this on a discount because I have been on a training plateau after a long break from training during the pandemic and then struggling to to get back to where I was before. Even as a brown belt, I found this really helpful. It made me think about my approach to training and practising techniques. There are no fancy or advanced techniques here but I would definitely recommend this for people who are interested in the concepts of technique and training especially older grapplers like me.

Professor Federico has been dubbed as, “the John Danaher of Europe”. I’ve had the honor of attending three of Professor Federico’s seminar. Every time, walked out with more knowledge, more concepts. He has a way of explaining things with ease. This Instructional is the same way, but now, you get to see it how he operates over and over. It’s well worth the money.
