Petrone's technique is what's missing for lots of top guys. The cradle is my go-to and I'm grateful that Dave is in the lab working these moves out.

coach Petrine has an unique grappling style - really physical and with an uncommon approach. highly recommended if you like blending some cacc wrestling in your Bjj
easy to follow and killer when executed
I've already been through this one and couple of times and it absolutely works. The Coaches Petrone break everything down in minute details and from multiple angles. Their explanations on how to apply pressure is a must for any regular top game player. Another absolute must-see from Blackout.
