  Reslly dig this instructional. Dave is a good teacher that provides a lot of detail in an organized, concise manner. There are varying techniques for different ability levels. Some very creative and others more of a "path" to traditional submissions.

  I was able to immediately apply the cradle takedowns in live rolls, as well as teaching my students after watching the video.
