• Decimate the triangle

  Very unique escapes and counter attacks to the triangle choke and it's many variations. As a triangle enthusiast I'm now much more hesitant how I apply them after seeing Josh's instructional. Very thorough system laid out here, with my only negative critique about the video being the audio: it can be a bit difficult to hear what's being said sometimes, but overall I'm very impressed! Many gems in this that I'd never seen before.

  volume of the intro music and voice could easily be adjusted to be the same level. The techniques are a must know if you love triangles. He even covered most triangle variations

• I thought it was BS at first,

  I was taught moves and specific defenses. Things work and don't work. That's that. A friend recommended this instructional to me. I got it when it was half off. Prof Joshua really opened my eye to there are more jiu jitsu then what we/I was originally taught. Great Great instructional. If you want to escape triangles or counter GET THIS VIDEO!
