Italo Moura is as good at the art of teaching as he at the art of BJJ. This is one of the most useful conceptual explanations of guard that I've come across.

Great instructional with a lot of core concepts that will help you build your guard game from scratch. Rather than watching the whole thing at once, you should choose a topic to focus on that Italo addresses and then work on that for a week. If you do that with each topic in this instructional, your guard game will improve dramatically!
