A lot of practical techniques
I never knew ground and pound until i purchased this video pack i was able to follow along and learn it a really awesome thing to learn. Thank you mick hall and thank you bjj fanatics for the certificate really awesome stuff.
it was great to learn how to do some ground and pound work and techniques.
A real surprise packet in the number of practical techniques
It's a very practical and straightforward instructional. It provides techniques you can immediately apply
very practical and easy to understand realistic techniques
Great addition to your normal BJJ tecniques.
This instructional really helped me with ideas on what to do in the mount position and how I would effectively get to positions where strikes are possible. I think it has application in self-defense also. Mick is a great instructor.
I like his system of gnp. He focuses on controlling before unleashing punches. Very similar to what the Team Khabib guys do in regards to emphasizing control and pins to reduce your opponent’s defenses. I can this becoming the new evolution of ground of pound
I found the content to be based mostly around helpful tips rather then overall concepts or comprehensive details.
I was always curious about how to pound effectively and this video gave me the answer.
I bought this video to practice positions where I can slap my opponent training for a combat jj match. It worked perfectly, two thumbs up!
This is exactly was I was looking for! Will there be a Volume II? If not, is there anywhere that I can find more of this style of grappling/GnP? Thanks for putting this out!
I didn't know Mick beforehand. Since I wanted to expand my horizon in Ground and Pound I got this DVD. I was quite surprised of his work. Since I do amateur MMA and started to teach it as well. The content is also dence and very well explained. My recommendation
Very clear simple techniques
Very happy that I found this one. For me as someone who trained Bjj for 3 years and starting to do MMA it's super helpful to get an overview to develop a concept for ground and pound. Thank you :)
Happy with my purchase and content. The techniques are easy to follow and detailed. Not many videos on ground and pound, however this is a gem. Thanks Bjj fanatics.
