  I loved the setups & details in the follow on attacks from this system, but I found that executing the moves was a bit tricky for a basic white belt with now Judo experience. I'm sure in a few years I'll come back here and find even more gems!

  im looking to up my stand up Gi game, and this is a perfect instructional. Luke pick techniques that blends well with the ground game. He also include some of the follow up sequences and finishes on the grounds. Highly recommended

Lex Fridman and Ryan Hall speculate that the next evolution in BJJ will be the ability to transition straight to a submission from the takedown and these instrutional videos by Harris will give you the tools to be ahead of the game.

  Fantastic video's with clean, clear explanations. One issue I have found in previous instructionals is that occasionally the instructor drones on or likes to hear themselves talk. Finding a balance between explaining clear, and not boring is a tough thing to do and I think Mr. Harris does this exceptionally. This video is worth its price alone for his Uchimata details and explanation. If you can get this down, I can almost guarantee you will be able to throw 99% of people in competitions. Cannot recommend enough, 10/10!
