Exactly the quality you'd expect
Saenchai shows a lot of his trademark moves and things that I've seen him do in his fights and explains his set ups well in the video. It wasn't super expensive and it was a lot of fun to watch

Great material, short and to the point
This is a brief collection of Saenchai's favorite techniques and how to do them. The format is basically technique- talking through how to do it- demonstration again from a couple of angles. There's not really any theory here, so just be aware of that if you're used to the more verbose instructional style common in BJJ. My one critique is that I didn't really like the decision to dub Saenchai rather than using closed captioning like in other instructionals by non-English speaking fighters (i.e. Alex Pereira)- in some of the demonstrations, Saenchai makes comments that go untranslated.

Saenchai is one of the best to ever put on gloves, and you get to learn from his experience. He is a remarkable trickster and a playful coach, which comes across in how he presents his techniques. But put aside all of the good-natured and joyous play aside, what he teaches here are very serious, clever, and destructive techniques and set-ups. Particularly for southpaws, this is an essential resource.
