I'm known as the crucifix
I'm known as the crucifix guy in my gym and I'm always looking for new information to progress in the position. I enjoyed all of the content of this instructional. I think the sections are laid out well. I gained some extra entries into the crucifix and more strategies on maintaining the position. I've also been playing around with the reverse omoplata since viewing the instructional. Very good content!

Been getting into crucifix position occasionally in training, got this on sale to bump it up. Really enjoying it. Brad is clear and effective.

Added this into my own game and now I’m laying traps everywhere. I Go for the crucifix and finish more than I take the back now. Highly recommend. If you don’t have the crucifix system in your game then you’re missing out!!
