• A Good Comprehensive Guide to Padwork

  In line with Fitzgibbon's excellent instructional on partner drills, come this good overview of padwork. For an experienced coach there's nothing particularly revolutionary here, but it's a great resource for beginners, and for training assistant instructors and the like.

• Csa pad work system

  CSA pad work system is a great pad system that works. I am also a bigger guy and Kirian has me now loving use micro Pitts, and focus mitts with the belly pad for kicks and etc. I'm alot faster now. That's takes my students to the next level. It's a great system that uses Dutch style and thai style with a hybrid pad holding system. I highly recommend for coaches and any one trying to be a better pad holder.
