This instructional is more than worth it. Dave Porter is an incredible instructor. I've been lucky enough to learn from him in person a few times. Everything he teaches is detailed and works.
The Destructing Defense instructional is money in the bank. David brings the simplicity in explaining the moves to the viewer to a different level. You can see that he truly understands the mechanics of the gentle art and is able to break down every detail for the viewer.
