being a judo guy this instructional really helped me understand the reactions and grips needed to finish my inside trip
Been focusing on my over/under recently and as a non wrestler this instructional is golden. Great insights from an Olympic gold medalist, alot of details I had never known that have really cleaned up my game
As someone who trains in Judo and is on the taller side, looking for tactics/techniques to refine my no gi game is difficult. But this instructional is perfect for me and Kendall Cross does an excellent job pointing out the little details that make a typically low percentage technique into a high percentage one.
wrestling best kept secret! highly suggest this, not only has my Bjj improved but I was able to apply the principles of these techniques to judo
An awesome set of techniques broken down in a way that you can immediately apply
I bought this on sale with just a slight interst in the topic. It turned out to be an awesome purchase. This stuff is solid - I've taken a lot of guys down during open mats and in one competition. So glad I bought it.
Throughout my wrestling career even to include coaching I have applied trips to catch people off guard with great success. Learn from the best with Olympian K. Cross you won’t be disappointed !
Caach Cendal Cross did an amazing of breaking down all different kinds of foot sweeps, leg reaps, kick ups and throws based on getting over/under, double under, double overs and the body lock. He shows on pont when do you get entries for a certain gorup of techniques and what is key to success. He teaches so well how to drop your body weight when executing foot sweeps and takedowns and how to efficiently use your body leg connection as a pendulum to put your opponent onto ground! Highly recommend!
Good insights
So many great trip tips
I really enjoyed this instructional and have begun implementing some of the techniques. Most of the positions are low risk and very applicable to submission grappling.
This course give great insights to using three throws in wrestling or No-Gi. He covers an inside trip (no-gi o uchi gari), an outside trip (no-gi ko soto gari), and a "whizzer kick up" (no-gi uchi mata). He did an excellent job, and I recommend this tutorial if you want to learn these takedowns.
Kendall shows and explains the techniques in clear and easy to understand steps. Already one my of favourite instructionals. Will continue to watch and plan to add as many of the techniques as possible to my training.
Kendal is a Olympic gold medalist. He shows you his best techniques and he is a great teacher. Couldn’t ask for more.
This is my first instructional by Kendall and it was well worth it. I am looking forward to the next!
Nicely explained. Hope to use it in Jiujitsu.
We’ll thought out and easy to follow.
