The details of control is a definite game changer, love the step by step instruction of pathways to controlling your opponent to CONTROLLED finishes. Wish I purchased this sooner!

Im very happy with this instructional. Keith shows all the techniques that he has been doing in competition with really good details. Even if you don't necessarily work from EBI overtime rule sets this will still help your game in both back and arm bar position. Cant Wait for the next one he puts out.

Great instructional on back and arm bar attacks and defenses. Not only helpful for those interested in EBI OT, but for improving attacks and defense from those two positions in general. Definitely a great purchase that will improve my overall game.
