Details and techniques from a legend; great instructional for anyone.
Super valuable tips
I have a few CG videos but this was with details very well explained. Very good add-on if you want a more efficient CG ! You can use it directly on the mat. short but effective course that elevates your CG to higher standard. I is a very practical course
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:Very good guard tutorial.
Much better than a basics tutorial. Mestre Pimenta studies real situations and variations with many details that make the technics efficient.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:Great Series
Easy attacks from one of the strongest guards!
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:The instruction manual has detailed
The instruction manual has detailed information on closed-guard attacks. It resembles an addition to the basic game. The bottom player's perspective is used to demonstrate and describe the techniques, followed by that of the top player. Although the approaches shown could be useful for lower belts, they are certainly not fundamental.
Solid closed guard techniques
great details and applications for basic techniques

good explanation and logical progression through solid techniques - good price too
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::+1::skin-tone-2:A must have for beginners
This instructional is perfect for beginners trying to master the closed guard. Lots of academies teach these techniques individually but they may not teach you how to chain them together into a system. Excellent details!
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Effective Closed Guard
Really helped as I usually start in closed guard. I have watched multiple times.

Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Angles, pressure and many unique closed guard techniques
Objective of this instructional This instructional (Gi) provides solid techniques to either submit or sweep the opponent based on their likely response to being in your closed guard. For example, a typical and predictable response to being in the closed guard is for your opponent to posture and then push your leg to break your closed guard. While there are techniques that are reactive there are also techniques where the person in closed guard bottom does not need to wait for their opponent’s response to being in the closed guard and instead initiates the attack. Content Volume 1 (43 minutes and 13 chapters) covers the following techniques: a triangle attack in response to the opponent pushing on your knee; a scissor sweep in response to the opponent pushing on your knee; an armbar in response to the opponent defending the previous scissor sweep technique; in response to a knee push a failed attempt for a triangle (opponent postures), which then transitions to a kimura attack; a kimura attack following a posture break, however in this attack the opponent’s arm is extended during the submission (i.e. rather than being bent to approximately ninety degrees); the use of a hip bump sweep when the opponent defends the previous kimura attack technique by grabbing their Gi; the opponent defends the potential for a kimura or a hip bump sweep by wrapping their arms around your torso, so in response the opponent is swept; a posture break leading to an over hook control and a pull / push choke; a triangle choke attack when you have an over hook and the opponent pushes your knee; using your foot inside their elbow (i.e. similar to the spider guard) to create an entry for the triangle choke; using a variant of a two on one grip to create an entry for an armbar; and in response to the opponent pushing on your knee you initiate a hip bump sweep movement, where you intend for the opponent to use their arm to base out and thereby providing the opportunity for an armbar. Volume 2 (38 minutes and 12 chapters) covers the following techniques: breaking their posture where you have prepositioned your arm deeply in their collar, then releasing them and then securing the opposite collar for a deep choke (2 x palm up); a flower type sweep to an armbar; a Gi lapel choke for situations where the opponent postures up and it is difficult to access their collar; an omaplata with excellent details for the entry and subsequent control; opponent defends the previous omaplata technique and this leads to an armbar attack; the opponent defends the earlier omaplata attack and this leads to a triangle choke attack; a wrist lock attack when the opponent drops their posture and places their hands in your armpits; an armbar attack when the opponent defends the previous wrist lock attack; a sweep taking your opponent over you when you first push their upper body across your body to enable access to their armpit; a back take initiated in a similar way to the early part of the previous technique; a simple, but effective sweep when the opponent places their foot on the ground within your reach, which involves extending this leg with your arm causing them to fall over and then coming up over this side of the opponent; and a triangle choke where the entry commences by breaking your opponent’s grips and then crossing their arms. The primary instructor is Professor Denilson Pimenta 5th degree black belt and the Uke is Professor Luiz Dentinho 3rd degree black belt. The approach to the teaching is different to the standard BJJ Fanatics instructional in that Professor Pimenta provides the initial instruction for his technique and then Professor Dentinho provides his guidance for the technique, which is generally more descriptive than the initial instruction. In my opinion this is a good approach and helps the viewer to better understand the technique. The interaction between the two Professors is positive and they both appear to be having fun. Typically, techniques are repeated three times and with each time guidance is provided. As the techniques are being performed the key movements are highlighted. Professor Dentinho is often highlighting that the success of a particular technique is reliant on movement, angles, tightness and strong pressure. I would note that some of the descriptions of the techniques could be enhanced for example “coast attack controlling the arm” is actually a back take technique. Picture quality is good with a sharp focus, however there appears at times to be some minor feedback coming through the microphones. The camera work is basic and appears to comprise of a single fixed camera. Generally, most of the filming is done straight on, however where necessary the instructors move to create different viewing angles. The preview clips are representative of the whole instructional. I personally have a strong interest in the closed guard and in my opinion, I think that this instructional is definitely worth purchasing. Certainly, in
