Effective and Powerful echnique! I cannot wait his next instructional
I really like this instructional on guard passing!
great passing system if you are a "big" guy.
I have followed Joao for the past 10 years. I was an Ultraheavy in 2012-2015 and Super Heavy since 2016. The techniques and style of BJJ from Super and Ultra heavy's are completely different from the lighter classes. I know this well because I once owned a Cobrinha affiliate school in California - another all time great fighter. Rocha's instructional DVD/Video is "5 Star" for all weights, but just knowing how he does it is inspiring for a big guy. He is one of the great BJJ fighters of our time from Rio in his class, and if you are serious about your sport or competitive BJJ, then this video is a must have in your library. I bought this video this morning and already watched it multiple times. Great refresher for upcoming tournaments. Ossa.
This dvd is the best video released explaining the most common Judo takedowns for bjj. I have most fighters videos and Professor João explains in very simple terms the "how to." Very detailed and a must for everyone's library. I am a black belt and Masters 5X champion brown belt. ossa
