Great content
Not dissapointed. After going through JM and Zach's 10p warmup instructional, I was eager to get more content from them. They have a great teaching style, and present some worthwhile details and nuggets in this instructional. I just wish Grace would keep quiet and stop stealing the show.

Everything taught is clear and they give lots of great tips. Most of it are things I’ve never seen before so definitely worth it.

This is more of an exposition on some concepts behind the 10th planet specific warm ups- complete with 10th Planet specific lingo. The instructors here, while doing a satisfactory job explaining so that any viewer with at least a fundamental understanding of ideas and goals of submission grappling can follow, I found the title may be misleading. Luckily, the table of contents listed is labelled consistent with what is shown, so users can know what to expect. The only issue is that the contents are labelled with 10th Planet specific lingo and without knowledge of that (and that the 10th Planet system’s advanced curriculum use specific warm-up flow rolls marked A1-A4 sequentially and alphabetically through H1-H4) you may not understand the table of contents and have to buy in the blind off of the title, which may mislead you. Fortunately, there are plenty of FREE resources made available by 10th Planet system practitioners from social media site, smartphone apps, YouTube, etc., that can supplement learning so that it can make more sense in a holistic way.

I got Zach and JM’s instructional on the 10th Planet Warm Ups and absolutely loved it. This added to it as they explained things in further detail and also added some game that they have recently started using. To make it even better they have Grace with them showing some of her game. Highly recommend this!

Zach and JM are top-tier instructors, and Grace is a world-******. My Jiu-Jitsu improves every time I watch their instructionals.
