simple and effective system for takedown beginners like me! I enjoyed the content very much thank you!
Awesome insight by Cain. Everything serves a purpose, nothing is wasted. Easily one of the best offensive instructionals on the site.
If you love his fights buy the instructional. This is unique and changed my single legs. Now i have a very well working system. Thanks you Cane!
Cain Velasquez opend his treasure chest about executing and fnishing out of the single leg. He structured this instructional out of the collar tie to the ****** single leg. He builts it up from the entry to the first finish of drive through to the dump if the drive through does not work and so on. He shows reactions out of every common counters of your opponent. He further shows how to switch back and forth between the variations until you get the takedown. It is about to move your opponent until you took him down. He also shows how to end up on top to finish via folding pass or weave pass or knee cut pass. Highly recommend for jiu jitus and mma too!!!
Cain Velasquez provided an unique series about the ****** single leg. It is about entries from the colllar tie and follow up set ups depending on your opponents balance an reaction. You get how to progress when your head is on your opponent's chest. You get also to switchcto head ouside pisition whem you are about to lose head to chest position. At last you get when and how to re-shoot. The details are on point and always pointet towards the goal - finish the takedown. It is about constantly moving until you get it! Comprehensive. Concise. Highly recommend!
Absolutely loved this videos taught me so much in quarantine.
love his philosophy about conservation of energy and applying takedowns for heavy weight guys and how it relates to MMA. Perhaps the only instructional that I've seen that addresses this aspect. Not the number of moves but the quality that makes this dvd excellent.
