• Beginners Start Here

  I have been looking for an instructional like this. When I started, there was heavy emphasis on control, transitions, and weight distribution throughout with your new people. Somewhere these simple concepts and focuses fell off and I know blue belts that can't understand moving through positions but know 1000 subs from YouTube. This is truly where beginners should start, followed by Henry Akins Weight distribution masterclass.
