  Having viewed this instructional years down the open guard journey, I wish I had gotten it sooner. Mikey is a genius when it comes to Jiu-jitsu. breaking down his understanding of Jiu-jitsu into families and worlds make it so much easier to apply the concepts Mikey imparts. If you need some help understanding open guard; this is an essential introduction.
