Absolutely Outstanding
Alex is an exceptional instructor. He really takes his time to deconstruct each position, explain WHY you need to do what you’re doing, as well as expertly demonstrating how to do it, as well as a game plan for how and when to implement it! I have Roger’s closed guard instructional and dare I say it, Alex’s is at least as good. Thoroughly impressed and will be looking to purchase everything Alex releases (so please add his other instructional(s) to the daily deals! My new favourite instructor for sure.
Really good instruction
This is a really good one, it's clear and easy to implement. It's clear Alex is a Roger Gracie black belt, as he's fundamentally brilliant and this instructional is very easy to follow and implement whilst being very effective too.

This is a brilliant instructional that really distils the Fundamentals of closed guard! Alex gets the concepts across in a really clear and precise way, making it very easy to absorb the infomation and implement on the mats. Highly recommended!!
Finally have offence from closed guard!
This is a fantastic instructional for a position I’ve struggled with. I’m only a blue belt but I’ve consistently had trouble keeping and controlling people in my closed guard - to the point I normally switch to something else. But Alex’s instructional really breaks down the steps I needed to not only control my opponents, but to then set up options for attacking without giving up the position. I’ve watched it a dozen times already and I’m still finding new details that improve my sparring. Wish I had this information years ago!
