  Over the years I've accumulated around 40 jiu jitsu DVDS. I think this may be the best one I've ever bought. From now on, I think I will probably only be getting DVDs from Tonon. I'm blown away by the technique and the amount of gems that are in this. I really like Tonon's teaching style and how concise he is. He explained moves that I've seen before in ways that allowed me to understand why they are used
