• A Must Have

  My kids have been wrestling for the last 5 years and I’ve really enjoyed learning as I watch them, so I got Henry’s instructional to help me understand the basics better so I could help them. However I’ve found that everything he shows here really helps me out for BJJ too. He breaks it down to the basics, which is great, especially if you train at a gym that isn’t heavy on the wrestling focus. If you want to learn more about basic wrestling then this should be in your library.
