Very informative
Good
Yoga for non-yoga people, the explanations are clear and easy to follow.
There's a lot to learn in the video. I suppose my one complaint is that the sections aren't annotated in the videos and it's tedious to find what you're looking for. But good overall.
The first place I’ve ever seen that simply explained how to stretch to increase range of motion. This understanding has helped to motivate me to really try it out. I’ve been stretching following his procedure for about 30 mins after workout for about 2 months and have already achieved gains I’m really happy with. To me the keys are: (1) warm muscles (2) deepen stretch with breaths (3) bind (pull yourself into deeper stretch) and (4) hold for at least 30 seconds (5) consistent practice (currently doing 5 times a week).
I am one of those grapplers who didn't focus on stretching and flexibility. I would find my self in position that were not dangerous or tap worthy. but because I was not flexible I would tap because of discomfort and the possibility of injury. This video combo of a BFF and yoga is an important video to avoid injury.
