Great instructional . Everything is really well explained. Explanations are maybe a bit repetitive at times but the techniques are really good. He likes to keep things simple, and his techniques are simple, yet very effective. That's the way I like it too.
Amazing techniques. I've always loved playing passing guard and this DVD has taken that part of my game to the next level.

guard passages explained in detail, easily applicable.
This series by Jake Mackenzie is considered effective for both beginners and advanced practitioners, offering clear and concise techniques focused on passing positions. The didacticism with which he opens up different attack chains is to be appreciated. The course emphasizes dynamic passing strategies, making it invaluable for practitioners who wish to improve guard passing with confidence and control.
a lot of techniques in details, with many details
a personal approch to the pass, very effective techniques
Great series with lots of details for passing in the gi!
really good fundamental passing systems. I really like the São Paulo passing. Nice option for people who have trouble standing in closed guard.
As his half guard tutorials this one is very good, very clear and very clever
jake teaches what he does in competition. I've found those who specialise and focus on specific movements seem to be the best teachers

Jake mackenzie is one of the best “light” practitioners out there. It means perfect technique. Everything showed works.
Easy to follow and effective
Very underated guard passing instructional dvd. Jake is amazing teacher, his lessons have very well structure and connecting the dots of guard passing techniques, I cant say more this is one of the best guard pass dvd.
Jake does a really great job of breaking down his passing system and not merely just some random passes. He uses the home base or "headquarters" position that a lot of pressure passing players are utilizing these days and goes in depth on your options there. He also goes in depth on passing half guard and some submissions, but I'm still working on the first dvd.
Really enjoyed it.
Great DVD showing very good guard passes
Jake Mackenzie's ****** Guard Passing is a Must Have ! Thank You ! ;)
