Definitly one of the top 3 guard passing instructionals
Professor Tomet Alroy is a conceptual mastermind! First he is giving you guidance how to structure your training and training sessions. Second you will get concepts on how to structure your guard passing in general and specific drilling. Third you get specific passes from set up positions already with solutions to clear frames and complete the pass. Then it comes to how to pass open guard and seated guard. Finally it goes into specific guard passes. At last you get drilling sections where he puts his concepts to life via explaining and executing. ABSOLUTE MUST HAVE!!!
Excellent overview of the basic passing systems
Great overview of the most common passing systems, well explained, not long winded and straight to the point. The inclusion of drills is also really helpful. Recommended especially for fellow white belts.
