Very solid product that is usable for hobbyist.
Big fan of Josh. I was worried that this was going to be a rehash of some of the things he has done for globetrotters, but I am glad to say that was not the case. Money well spent here.
guillotine
Good instructional
It was really awesome how he teaches gullotine this is the most in depth vid I have ever seen
I used this video and its companion to clean up my guillotine. I found it to be an excellent resource which I will refer back to in order to keep my skills sharp. I already picked up on a big mistake I have been making and probably the reason my guillotines fail so often.
As a 20-year BJJ black belt, I found this series to be immensely helpful. Exceptional focus on detail and strategy. Not only did I learn a number of key details, but it also refreshed me on details that I gloss over in training. This is important for me to consider while I teach my classes. For a move so basic/fundamental to the art, Janis makes you remember how detailed and complex it is.
I know Josh has dedicated the last several years to truly master his guillotine choke! He is such an effective teacher who makes it easy for everyone to learn. I’m excited to dive into this!
I had the chance to join one of Josh's seminars on the subject. Was an amazing class on the subject of guillotines and I can highly recommend his stuff!
Josh's approach to teaching guillotines is one of the most well thought out technique instructionals I've seen. The way he articulates the nuance in body positioning, angles, and where, when, and how to apply pressure is AMAZING and changes the way you even think about guillotines. Highly highly recommend!
