This will up your game and vastly improve your guillotines in grappling and MMA sparring/competition. I'm already finding a higher finish rate with my guillotine chokes, and there's setups here that I would've never thought of or had been shown elsewhere. Get this instructional no matter if you do luta Livre, BJJ, Sambo, judo, catch, MMA, etc.
