Loved it from start to finish!!!
A quite simple technique that can apply to any game. I can do at least 4/5 techniques without changing my game of an inch…. Just adding them. Good purchase.
I really liked this video. What I enjoyed the most is that these techniques will work gi or no gi and for short or tall practitioners. Many of these moves I will be integrating into my game immediately. Highly recommended.
Straight armbars are often a hard to get because they require athletic setups or allow athletic turning or bridging escapes. Watch Gary Tonon vs Kron Gracie for example. These armbars prevent the athletic young guys in the gym from even thinking about an escape and they come on FAST. You’ll have to be very careful with your training partners but this instructional will have you catching them with armbars at far higher rates than before.
I Love Bjj of course..and I never felt really confident securing and finishing arm bars on high level twisty guys..this is like my new staple gun..gives so much more control..turned my flimsy into firm
Professor Chad is a real one. A survival instructor, a community leader that rolls like he lives, truly.
