Super Valuable
Solid kickboxing intro
Solid intro to the basic tools and strategies of kickboxing. You will probably want to learn more about footwork and more advanced strategies from other instructionals, as that aspect is covered in a fairly basic way here.

Like the title said. All fundamentals yet super details. Of course it has a hint of Dutch style kickboxing with it. I enjoyed the instructional from Mr. Hooft so I do recommend it. For any student of striking.

This instructional is very good. I have practiced muay thai/kickboxing for a while now and have found it beneficial. Some of the key details such as; throwing hooks and the details of the "shield and the roof" have been really useful. However if you are a total beginner, I believe this instructional won't be beneficial as the techniques shown, are shown very briefly.
