Coach Stephen Jarrell shows his approach and system of persistent and hand fighting to set up and finish the takedowns directly via shot or transition to finish with sweeps and tilts. He ponts out how to be the first. How to bait to get the grips you want and how to adjust if advantageous without letting go of the grips. He points out how to get proper angles and how to spiral your opponent down to generate motion and levelchanges to set up easy. Highly recommend!
