First time doing Pilates
Overall, it’s very informative. However, I would have appreciated an example flow routine or an explanation of the best way to group the movements together for a 30-45 minute workout.

The instructional is useful. I’m not a Pilates expert - even if i believe lot of stuff i was taught to comes from here - but it seems ok.

Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:Very Useful
I found this course very useful. It teaches how through proper breathing you can control your BJJ movements. It helps to go longer on the matts!

Pilates for BJJ
A quick breakdown of the three part series: Section 1 - breathing tutorial, classic pilates & BJJ version moves on your back Section 2 - mobility and warm ups Section 3 - Bjj pilates moves on your stomach, side, bridge, open guard, and takedowns. Gillian is an excellent teacher and obviously an impressive athlete. The beginning of the series starts with a breathing tutorial that's critical to success. Definitely recommend for those who want to strengthen their core or have mobility issues.
Useful Stuff!!
