Greco instructional review
Great instructional with good detail and amazing demonstrations of the various techniques. It's difficult to find good content on greco roman wrestling so the content here was greatly appreciated.

If you can handfight and pummel to a good position and know how to finish a takedown with just leverage and rotation you can modify it for any style of grappling. This instructional teaches great takedowns, nearly all landing in side control or scarf hold and will make you a champion of handfighting. I trained exclusively Greco for around 4 years and moved away and can’t find it anywhere so I’m using this instructional to refresh my technique and it’s great. Thank you Alec.
