Highly recommended for those who need the real basis of the standup game. Henry starts from stance and faint and go on with the real basis that make a wrestler. You won't became a champion, but at least you know what are you doing and what's going on.

Takedowns have never been my specialty, but this video has helped me tremendously on the feet. Cejudo takes his world class wrestling knowledge and applies it to grappling in a clear and concise way. The structure of the video and the details presented are top notch.

Henry Cejudo shows how to adapt the sport of wrestling for MMA and grappling. No better teacher for this kind of content than an Olympic gold medallist and two-division UFC champion. Cejudo knows that certain takedowns in pure freestyle wrestling will lead to danger in MMA or submission grappling competition so he's adapted these takedowns to be effective and gain a dominant position on the ground. Brilliant instructional and one I keep coming back to.

Cejudo is as high level as a freestyle gets, and has a deeper understanding of technique than many may assume. For me personally, it helps with my breakdowns (selfish?), and more importantly my late (early 20’s) introduction to high level wrestling. And unlike Askren’s DVD, which is great, this isn’t aimed at wrestlers only. Great information on his over under clinch, single leg technique, and distance manipulation. Juice is worth the squeeze.
