Inside heel hooks via honey hole
J. B. created an instructional where he simpified the inside heelhooks in an outstanding way. He first points out the keypoints of the anatomical structure and then he goes into the techniques step by step and well structured. In the section double trouble he shows 4 additional techniques to finish beside the heelhook. Highly recommend!

This is an incredible instructional on the concepts of Honey Hole. Jon does an amazing job explaining the numerous positions and entries of Honey Hole, & gives a lot of interactive leg drills that will definitely help your game after just a few partner drills. This is definitely a favorite of the many leg lock instructionals I own. Enough sauce to help beginners AND upper belts.
