Very simple system to integrate striking into your grappling for MMA
Excellent concepts and ideas to work on
So much details and care put into this one, really helped me out to have some sort of roadmap once strikes are integrated.

Quality Tutorial
This tutorial can really up your fight IQ and overall game. Effective strategies for the modern mma meta and self defence situations.
The grappling we need
The B team continues to put out some of the most innovative grappling info out there. I personally care more about MMA/Fighting over learning a new way to leg lock someone. I'm hoping combat jiujitsu really takes off in the coming years, this instructional is probably the best one out there on the integration of grappling and MMA.
one of the best MMA instructionals
Great Instructional. I really liked the structure and the teaching style. Definitely one of the best MMA instructionals by far.
This Is Exactly What People are Looking For
With the rise of Combat Jiu Jitsu, this is what you need to develop the muscle memory to protect yourself in combat situations. Sometimes we can develop bad habits just playing sports Jiu Jitsu and we need combat Jiu Jitsu to keep us honest. I love this dvd because it shows how to implement strikes correctly while also staying true to the core of Jiu Jitsu.
