As with the other courses I've seen by Javier, his courses offer clear instructions that break down how to make these techniques most effective . Jiujitsu taught by Helio Gracie in his book but with extra details make this an awesome decision
Cool techniques for common problems
This is a really well executed video instructional that covers some really cool standing armlocks with details from a great Jiujitsu fighter, worth the money
