It’s been over a decade since I started with him but I have continued to use his teaching with success in competition and coaching. Finding this video was a gem :gem: as I can reapply the details of his wrestling principles. If you get this you probably won’t need it but, Good luck to your success!

• Great tehniques both defense and offense

  I like it very much, love how is put together, so you just move from one to another. Been working for few weeks and i made a lot of improvement on my style for the cage. Love it because you have the offense part and the defense, its quick and short and not to complicated so you can just adjust the position.

  Intro to MMA on the cage working variations on a just a few principals - in offence from underhook and feet positionin on cage, to defence using a knee shield, hand control and cross pummel or a cross body. Awesome, a lot packed into a little.
