Cool catch style setups
Great mixture of catch and BJJ techniques, some interesting setups you may not have seen before. I like how Jesse shows the techniques from various angles so you can see what's happening. I also like how one volume is dedicated to no-gi and the other the gi so you can have a set of techniques that utilise the handles that the gi offers.
Dope coach
Even better in person but the style of explanation is great.

I recently had the pleasure of watching Jesse Marez’s instructional video for Scientific Wrestling and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! Jesse’s expertise is evident, and his clear, step-by-step demonstrations from multiple angles ensure that I could replicate the moves. Overall, this is a must-have for anyone serious about mastering scientific wrestling. It's comprehensive, engaging, and highly educational. I can't recommend it enough!

Professor Marez does a fantastic job of showing how catch wrestling and bjj overlap and compliment one another. He gives great breakdowns of techniques, both gi and nogi. I particularly enjoy the kimura series.

Mr. Marez does an awesome job breaking down the techniques that anyone can learn from. The movements shown can be used in the real world and adapted to fit anyone and any body. I enjoyed the attention to detail when explaining different movements , I felt like he was explaining it to me . Well done.

Idea of taking catch techniques and then using same principles with gi is simply great. As more of an gi player this really fine concept of doing things, and you can of course take them as they are show. So as me I did get more than my moneys worth. Would recommend :call_me_hand:

This is an excellent instructional. Coach Jesse does an excellent job of explaining his material and putting it into application. The hybrid system is a different concept that allows you to add more tools to your tool bag. Great instructional. Look forward to seeing more from Coach Jesse.

This hybrid instructional of Catch Wrestling and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is absolutely phenomenal! The way Coach Marez blends the two arts together is amazing. These demonstrations are perfect for grapplers that want an introduction into the beautiful world of Catch Wrestling. He does an awesome job of using terminology that can apply to anyone at any level. His transition of each technique is fluid and will keep you on your toes. Every single one of these techniques are applicable in live situations. Great job coach!

The techniques demonstrated here are amazing but it’s the way the Jesse teaches them that makes this video one of the best I’ve ever seen. He highlights several key concepts and really points out the small details in a way that’s easy to follow and easy to remember during live application.
