Really enjoyed the instructional. Espacially the part with the breaking mechanics helped me a lot.
this instructional has greatly improved my game, the leglock and off balance systems that kieran shows has been used at the highest level of competions by him over and over again!
An amazing instructional for newer and advanced leglockers kieran explains all positions and movements extremely well.
Great instructional. Kieran lays everything out indepth and has a real gift for thorough explanations. Very easy to understand and lots of details. Makes it easy to start adding the rdlr to your game.
Great instructional! Really explains the techniques well to enhance understanding
In detail explanations + great layout
Great RDLR instructional. Really impressed by the details and instruction.
Professor K.K. did an excellent job of breaking down the various finishing positions and mechanics for the inside heel hooks first. Second another one in showing how to off balance out of the RDL/false reap and then how to get into the finish out of or a backtake or sweep. He gives a lot of solo demos to give a better understanding how to move your own body properly.
Really helped me develop my rdlr!
Well explained and clear.
Best RDLR DVD out there. Really can’t wait for more content from Kieran
Great False Reap Concepts from the main himself!
This is a excellent instructional with detailed content that will help anyone either beginniner or experienced student. Easy to follow an understand
Fantastic instructional. Easy to understand and follow along. Highly recommended
Pretty thorough an easy to follow to help those of us who stink at leg locks. Thanks!
Modern techniques explained in a clear way. I will definitely, unlike some other leg locks instructionals that I found too ''advanced'' or elaborate.
Excellent explanation of some potentially tough concepts - it's a very easy guide to follow.
Im very new to leg locks and this has helped a ton, I love to play low knee shield so the rdlr and false reap work into my game really well.
Simple to follow with a gradual build of of skill requirement and pathways to the finish line.
Quality instruction. Well linked.
The detail and precision is off the charts. I didn't know the player but immediately after watching a few clips I looked up Kieran's matches on flo grappling and dude is a GREAT competitor! Last match of ADCC trials 2022 (which he won 4) he lands RNC with seconds left then pukes! But man, this is one of the best instructionals I have viewed. He doesn't go on and on where it takes 1 year to get through, but detail, layout, and instruction is very good. Dude is a very good teacher, his understanding of situational action and reaction is exceptional, and his system is also superb. This is a MUST PURCHASE FOR ANYONE THAT STUDIES LEGLOCKS and DLR style attacking.
I didn't know Prof. Kieran Kichuk and I've never seen any of his fights. However, his explanation is detailed and easy to understand, and I believe he is a very reliable instructor. I would like to watch more of his instructional videos.
As someone who watched over 100 instructionals in the past couple of years, I can definitely say that Kieran is one of the BEST instructors out there and this series is a HIDDEN GEM. The only negative I can think of is Kieran not having released other series, as to me personally, his teaching style is by far the best. Looking forward to watching more dvds from Kieran Kichuk in the future!!
Awesome details on finishing mechanics.
Amazing attention to detail, and also very easy to understand and follow. been a big fan of his for a while cant wait to see him release more content!
